Soaring as a 14 storied commercial building, the idea was to play with a clear glass facade that reflects the cityscape around it. A sense of drama is created by the crack that exposes the shading devices of the interior pocket.
design
A grand nous of welcome is created using the exterior envelop by giving the sense of an invigorating double height space at the entrance level allowing more than ample space to be left dedicated to designing a luscious landscaped setback.
