The main idea behind the project was creating an enclosure in order to compliment a vertical microcosm while making the lawn at ground floor a part of the vertical shaft. The inwardly oriented balconies reflect the single unit per floor nature of the project. The screen around the balconies is perforated concrete that is integrated with the overall mass. The overall ambience is enlivened through the rooftop pool, landscape and gardens. The window shutters are custom designed to impart a sense of uniqueness to the luxury project.
